Appearances can be deceiving. Do not let yourself be put off by the location as you enter this amazing endodontic service. I was more than thoroughly pleased with the genuine care, service and skill of the office staff as well as Dr. Murdock. I traveled into New Jersey from Florida and was experiencing challenges to my oral care for several years. They worked with me to address my issues on the same day. Dr. Murdock said he was not letting me leave until he knew all was well with me. The energy and collaboration of all levels of the staff seems to work more than quite well. I would highly recommend that you seek services from this location. I left smiling from the services rendered as well as the feeling of truly being heard and cared about.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Austin Whitmore and his entire staff. I was extremely anxious before my root canal procedure but Dr. Whitmore immediately put me at ease with his compassion, patience, and calm demeanor. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
When it came time for the procedure, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t feel any pain at all. Dr Whitmore’s gentle approach and expertise made what I had feared would be a stressful experience completely positive.
The office staff was also warm, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. They made me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my visit.
I highly recommend Dr. Whitmore to anyone, especially if you’re nervous about dental procedures. His skill, kindness, and genuine concern for his patients truly set him apart.

The staff was very kind and considerate and engaging when I arrived the first time to do paperwork before the procedure of a root canal. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and included me on the decision making as to my dental care. Dr Murdock possesses very good bedside manner with his patients. I was definitely in excellent care with the staff and the doctor.

I had a last minute stand-by booked up appointment today at 2:30pm for a UNSCHEDULED root canal. Because I was in so much unbearable pain, Dr. Whitmore promised me that there will no more pain after this. The staff's professionalism is uncanny. The doctor's assistant is not only kind but, courteous and she initiates every move with grace and thoughtfulness for her patients. The doctor with his A-1 knowledge and professional hands made my first time visit wonderful! I made a great choice and I can't wait for my next appointment. That is big for me to look forward to visiting a dentist. The dentists are the last doctors on my list. Thank you very much for a gracious, seemless, and professional visit to the North Jersey Endodontics Group! A-1.

Extremely pleased with my experience. Everyone there was very personable. Dr. Austin Whitmore made me feel comfortable and was very thorough the entire way through. He gets 5 stars. He really seemed to care. The dentist assistant was extremely nice and helpful. She took time to listen and help. She was very patient with me. She also gets 5 stars. The receptionist was very nice. She was very helpful and attentive. 5 stars again. I also greatly appreciated the follow up phone call the next day to see how I was feeling. I would highly recommend this place and would gladly return if I needed another procedure. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!

My experience was good /staffs professional courteous Elsa accompanied me to the room Understanding of me Anie was kind explaining all the details of the x-ray and other Ct scan done Dr. Whitmore was kind enough to explain the details of my tooth Only thing I got the ticket I wish there was a good parking lot. I tried to insert the coin, but it was not going in. That’s OK an experience to learn. Thanks

The staff was pleasant ,professional and very informative with any questions and concerns that I had; and this from the beginning to the end. The dentist was excatly the same and VERY good and his patience was superb with my son. He explained the entire process with my son “step by step” which I noticed eased my son anxiety and fear which can be wearily as a parent. I most certainly would recommend this office for any of your dental needs.

I had my first root canal today and I’m so happy it was here. The staff was very supportive and pleasant. Dr Whitmore was so patient with me and as he promised I did not feel a thing. Dr Whitmore and his assistant was always checking to make sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend North Jersey Endodontics Group of Bloomfield

High level care! All staff are very welcoming knowledgeable respectful & responsive. I was experiencing a lot of pain upon arriving and the endodontic team were so pleasant and accommodating. I had a very pleasant experience and a painless one as well. The dentist that performed my root canal was very pleasant and knowledgeable and educated me about the procedure. Highly recommend this office, staff was also very pleasant, and accommodating. 10/10

The best patient care I’ve ever received. If I ever need an Endodontics again I will be visiting this office to see Austin, he’s a gift from god with the magic touch.He Definitely delivered 5 Star customer service. Staff were amazing and caring. From the time I walked in until the time I left it was pleasant and comforting. Thank you. The world needs more people like you’ll. The dental assistant/X-ray technician was awesome, attentive and knowledgeable. Pat at the front desk was helpful and caring. I explained my pain and frustration with other endodontics. She scheduled me for the soonest appointment and assisted me so well I’m blown away. Definitely a winning team. I’ll be sure to refer you to family and friends. Thank you.
